Attention: The 2024 George Fowler Auction is  scheduled for 26th May!

The George Fowler Auction is usually held at the BARG club rooms on the last Sunday in May. This year 2024, Sunday the 26th May has been earmarked for this famous event.

Goods for auction are donated by members and friends of the club. Lots can be sold on commission also.

The Auctioneer keeps the bids coming and is quick to throw in a few extra items to spice up slow moving lots. Many lots sell for less than $5. Popular items can see some fierce bidding, occasionally bringing triple figures.

The day starts at 12 with a BBQ Lunch  and a chance for a social catch up with the first auction calls going out at 1pm.

You never know what you might find or what bargains you might go home with.
